Combine strength training and cardiovascular conditioning to take your fitness to the next level. Burn maximum calories with Tabata, HIIT, and circuit training group exercise and build strength with a variety of equipment including your own body! Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. (KD)
Individuals who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are no longer required to wear a face covering in Oswegoland Park District facilities or while participating in programs (both indoors and outdoors.)Individuals who are over the age of two, but not fully vaccinated, and able to medically tolerate a face covering are required to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering when in a public place and unable to maintain a six-foot social distance.
