Walking is a get way to get fit, stay active, and make new connections. Join us Wednesday mornings for a weekly walk. Put on your sneakers, get some exercise and have fun! Participants will receive a free t-shirt and water bottle! Win a prize for most attended walks. Walks will be 30-45 minutes at a moderate pace. Designed for individuals 50 and older.
Upon registration for this program, participants agree to maintain social distance (6 feet) at all times and adhere to the current Minnesota state face covering mandate. (Face covering exceptions may apply to certain MPRB activities.) Failure to comply will result in removal from the program.
