Description
Active older adults, are you looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity? The instructor will focus on balance, range of motion and coordination. Class will be conducted via Zoom twice a week for six weeks. Class may be cancelled if minimum requirement of participants is not met.
