As we age, we lose muscle mass and strength. This class will focus on strengthening, toning, and firming your major muscle groups. You will perform exercises for the upper, middle, and lower body using a combination of floor work and standing exercises. To maintain flexibility, the class will end with a series of stretches.
Class held at the Barbara Lee Senior Center, located at 40 N. Milpitas Blvd. Have an exercise mat (yoga) and optional 2-3 lbs. hand weights for resistance/strength work.
