Description
This program designed for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Join us for this low-impact water exercise fitness class that will get you up and moving. This class will strengthen muscles and will include water walking, resistance, and water aerobics. Registrants must be proficient in swimming without assistance. Face coverings are required when entering and exiting the facility. Due to the COVID restrictions, spectators will not be allowed to enter the facility during the class.
