This 90-minute class is led by certified personal trainer and cycle instructor Henry Turner. You will experience all areas of fitness with this new format. Reach all your goals with 35 minutes of heart pounding cycle, get stronger with 30 minutes of weight training, and finish with a healthy mix of Henry’s signature core work, stretch and relaxation.
