This is an all around fitness class with a cardio mix of standard aerobics, interval training & kickboxing with toning through stretching, basic Pilates & strength training using light dumbbells. It's the perfect solution for anyone just starting out or for advanced exercisers, with options and modifications shown for all levels of fitness for your own optimum workout. Classes are 50 minutes in length and held a the Manitowoc Senior Center on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30p.
Classes consist of low impact aerobics with a twist of fun. To be held at the Manitowoc Senior Center from 6:30 pm - 7:20 pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
