Adaptive Yoga class is a great introductory class for those wanting to take it slower, whether you are dealing with a chronic injury, feel you are particularly stiff or are just looking for a gentler approach. This class utilizes a chair for seated poses and keeps the chair nearby for support, as needed, in standing poses. Class concludes with poses on the floor with the option to return to the chair. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
