Adaptive Yoga class is a great introductory class for those wanting to take it slower, whether you are dealing with a chronic injury, feel you are particularly stiff or are just looking for a gentler approach. This class teaches you seated, standing and mat yoga poses, however seated adaptations can be given as needed. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
