Join us in this retreat for people of color to practice in community as we explore how we can bring the "3 C's" of Curiosity, Courage and Compassion to our practice, our lives, and the events happening around us and to us. Our time together will include periods of guided meditation, gentle movement, time for silent reflection, and time to be in dialogue together.
