We're sorry, but this class is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

This class is for those who have completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction or have had some form of mindfulness training. We will be drawing on the practices offered in Awakening Through Love by John Makransky and the writings of Olivia Ames Hoblitzelle, Aging with Wisdom.

Throughout this online class, we will be gently exploring our relationship to aging. Weekly sessions will incorporate guided practice, group reflections, and time for dialogue together.

Through mindfulness we can practice befriending changes and recognizing the opportunities aging provides for deepening in wisdom, compassion and joy. Through practice, the mind and heart can grow stronger, more flexible and come into balance even in the midst of everchanging circumstances.

You will need access to an internet connection along with a computer or tablet that can run the Zoom application. T his course will take place in live, online sessions that will not be recorded to maintain confidentiality.
