THIS IS AN ONLINE CLASS THROUGH ZOOM. REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE THE MEETING ID AND PASSWORD PRIOR TO THE SESSION. Though this is a workout for men and women based on the principles of Joseph Pilates, who concentrated on core muscles and the spine, it also includes stretching, light weights, ballet and yoga to promote well being, strength and flexibility. Beginners and advanced students of all ages and conditions may take the same class, as moves and positions can be modified. Advance registration required and closes 11/15/2020.
