Embark again on this French Region Cuisine tour and discover the culinary history of 8 new French regions.

If you are a “Quiche Lorraine” connoisseur or have mastered the art of making the perfect “tarte tatin”, embarking on this French Regional Cuisine course should satisfy your appetite for French traditional cooking. Each session will present an overview of the culinary history of eight French regions (Alsace-Lorraine, Auvergne, Burgundy, Brittany, Normandy, Occitania, Provence and Corsica) along with their flagship traditional recipes. So, come and join other French cooking fans and share cooking tips and learn new thematic vocabulary.
