Each session will present an overview of the culinary history of eight French regions (Alsace-Lorraine, Auvergne, Burgundy, Brittany, Normandy, Occitania, Provence and Corsica) along with their flagship traditional recipes. So, come and join other French cooking fans and share cooking tips and learn new thematic vocabulary.
