Get Started is a complimentary session for new members with one of our Healthy Lifestyles Coaches. Our coaches will demonstrate safe and effective ways to use our state-of-the art cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, so you get a great workout while avoiding injuries. In addition, establish a plan for success and get recommendations on group exercise classes based on your areas of interest.
