Yin Yoga / Restorative Yoga - A slow-paced and meditative class incorporating principles of Taoist yoga with traditional hatha based seated yoga postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. The longer holds encourage gentle lengthening of deep connective tissue in the body to improve joint flexibility. Suitable for all yoga and athletic levels. Please bring a mat and water. (yoga props: blocks and blanket are encouraged but not necessary)
