A Vinyasa Yoga style flow linking conscious breath to mindful movement. Postures build flexibility and strength, cleanse the body and calm the mind. This class will be a slower pace with a focus on proper alignment. This class introduces fundamental yoga poses in a logical sequence and is appropriate for beginners.
Please bring Yoga mats, water bottle, and a positive attitude.
