An innovative fitness program that builds strength, deepens flexibility, and improves balance and coordination using the natural benefits of air and water to enhance traditional fitness movements creating high-intensity, low-impact workouts. We will take time to become acquainted with the board by learning how to align your body to evenly distribute weight and create balance.
Wear synthetic quick/dry athletic clothing or swimwear to class and expect to get wet. Bring a towel, a change of clothes for after the session and an open mind. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time. All classes located in the Pool.
