For brand new runners or those coming back after time away, our coached walk-to-run program is a great way to get moving!
We’ll meet twice a week to work out as a group. Ideally, each participant will also walk/run independently (or with friends, family, or group members) once a week following the schedule. By the end of ten weeks, we’ll all be feeling stronger and running longer!
No running experience is necessary but participants (ages 16+) should be able to walk for 30 minutes before beginning this program. Please consult your doctor before beginning this or any exercise program.
All programs are subject to change based on weather and the ongoing pandemic. If you register for a program that is canceled or postponed, you will be notified by staff.
