Get moving with Afropowerz, a high-energy dance fitness class inspired by the vibrant rhythms of Afrobeats music. Participants will enjoy easy-to-follow choreography, cardio-focused movement, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere that promotes fitness, confidence, and community. No dance experience is required, and all fitness levels are welcome. Come ready to move, sweat, and have fun! No class 11/28.
