Drop-In Yoga for ALL Levels. Classes are designed to welcome you whether you are new to yoga or experienced. Through traditional yoga poses we will explore the connection between mind and body while building strength and flexibility. All poses can be adapted to fit your abilities. Bring your own yoga mat to all classes.
Classes are held Monday 5:30-6:45pm, Thursday 10:00-11:15am
The drop-in option allows flexibility and can be purchased in 1, 5, 10 and 15 class increments.
Valid only 9/9 - 12/16 for classes listed below. Non-refundable. Non-transferable. Yoga and exercise classes that have floor work require use of your own yoga mat. Please bring a mat to each class. *NO CLASS 11/11
