Perfect for beginners and continuing students who want to refine their poses with emphasis on strength and flexibility. Focus on basic poses and sequences to promote ease in the body and increase mobility, flexibility and strength. *NO CLASS 11/26
Students must be able to get down to and up from the floor and stand. Yoga and exercise classes that have floor work require use of your own yoga mat. Please bring a mat to each class.
