A full-body coordination exercise class that works the body's deep, small muscle groups. Pilates stretches target muscles and enhances the strength and control of core muscles, which can be used to improve the body's posture and restore the normal physiological curvature of the spine. Bring a mat to each class. *NO CLASS 11/21
