Helping you age well and live strong, Bethany Glenwinkel: certified personal trainer; water exercise instructor; water therapeutic exercise specialist. This class improves cardio endurance, strength endurance for your muscles, helps with weight loss and rehabilitation. Aquafit meets Tuesdays and Thursdays Tuesdays: 3:30 p.m. - 4:20 p.m. Thursdays: 9:40 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. $50 for the month, no roll-over. All classes are currently open to Lake Forest II members, only.
