Description

DURING COVID - This class will be held outdoors at the La Quinta Community Park and include social distancing and a mask requirement. In an effort to keep you safe, please bring all your own equipment to class with you. Once some restrictions are lifted and we can return indoors, this program will be held at the Bermuda Dunes Community Center.

In Gentle Yoga for Your Health, we use a holistic and therapeutic approach to promote overall wellness, longevity, rejuvenation, and relaxation using a variety of yoga techniques and postures.

In this class, the focus is on upper and lower back, shoulder tension, core strengthening and balance, anti-aging and rejuvenation, stress relief, education and so much more.

These classes are suitable for the beginner and enjoyable for most yoga students led by instructor Renate Bodden, Naturopath, E-RYT, C_IAYT.

You can register for class online, or in person at our La Quinta Community Fitness Center.


$12 Drop-In fee - if space is available (due to COVID, not allowed to have more than 14 participants)
