DURING COVID - This class will be held outdoors and include social distancing and a mask requirement. In an effort to keep you safe, please bring all your own equipment to class with you.
In Gentle Yoga for Your Health, we use a holistic and therapeutic approach to promote overall wellness, longevity, rejuvenation, and relaxation using a variety of yoga techniques and postures.
In this class, the focus is on upper and lower back, shoulder tension, core strengthening and balance, anti-aging and rejuvenation, stress relief, education and so much more.
These classes are suitable for the beginner and enjoyable for most yoga students led by instructor Renate Bodden, Naturopath, E-RYT, C_IAYT.
You can register for class online, or in person at our La Quinta Community Fitness Center.
$12 Drop-In fee - if space is available (due to COVID, not allowed to have more than 14 participants)
