Sculpt & Stretch is the perfect blend of low impact movement, focused on light weight strength work (with optional weights 2-5 lbs.), to increase lean muscle mass, tone your body and strengthen your arms, core, glutes and legs. It's a full body workout, without jumping or pressure on the joints. Movements incorporate light weights, balance and strength, with Pilates based core work on the ground as well. The class includes a restorative stretch and recovery at the end. 1 hours class - 45 minutes sculpting work, 15 minutes restorative stretch.
All classes are operated in accordance with County, State and CDC guidelines. Masks are required AT ALL TIMES when indoors and when unable to social distance outdoors.
