2 weeks at URI. Week 1 private intensive hockey camp. Week 2 Hockey surf camp, 3 hours of ice time per day and afternoons surfing at the beach. Boarders check in Sunday, 3–5 PM. Check out Friday at 3 PM. Players train 3 hours on ice daily through our Battle Camp curriculum, developing compete level, hockey IQ, skating, puck skills and game-situational decision-making. Each day includes 2 ice sessions, hockey-specific dryland, team building, recovery and video review. Private camper options offer individualized instruction. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the college cafeteria. Boarding builds independence, discipline and responsibility — campers make their beds, maintain their rooms, prepare for inspections and do their own laundry midweek. Evenings include dinner, team building, video review and free time before 9:30 lights out. Activities include obstacle courses, log/buddy carries, wiffle ball, football, skills competitions, dodgeball, tug-of-war and runs.
