Club members will receive a refresher on mountain biking basics and build on their skills in a FUN and POSITIVE environment. In this intermediate level program, members will review skills in safety, body position, pedal position, braking, steering, gearing and cadence, communication techniques, and overall control of their bike. Each session will consist of rides varying from 2 miles-6 miles with uphill climbs. Required: previous participation in a Boys & Girls Club mountain bike program or experience mountain biking on single track trails. NO RIDE JUNE 4th **Specialized Hardtail Mountain bike available upon request (must be at least 56“ tall)
