The Carmarthen Sprint Triathlon is a very popular event located in the heartland of West Wales. A superb event to start your Triathlon career or if your already experienced then it will provide you with a great opportunity to fine tune that winer training. A 400m pool swim in the 8 lane pool at Carmarthen Leisure Center is followed by a scenic bike ride of 23km down to the seaside village of Llanstephan. You then finish with a 5km run along the path that follows the River Tywi into the Historic Carmarthen Town.
