Improve gait, stand tall, rise from sitting to standing with ease. Decrease risk of falls. Improve balance and coordination. Improve your quality of function so you can increase activity and reduce risk of falls and pain. Walkers and canes welcome! Register 7 days in advance to avoid $5 late fee.
