Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Here are some benefits of practicing Tai Chi:

Reduce risk of falls
We will be practicing the Yang's Style Long Form which is 108 movements.
As this is a non-contact and we will be practicing social distancing during class, a mask is recommended but not required.
