Come and experience how fun running can be. We will improve our flexibility, endurance, and speed through games such as Sharks & Minnows, Capture the Flag, and Frozen Tag. We will sprint around the track and explore wooded trails. We will be led by the middle school cross country coaches and hang out with high school runners. We will conclude the week with an Adventure Race which will test our speed and endurance.
