This is an easy to follow on-going class that welcomes new members. Enjoy a low-impact workout designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. NEW GUIDELINES: Masks are required to be worn in the building but are not required during the class. A punch card is required for this program. You MUST reserve a spot to be in this class. Once your spot is reserved, there are no refunds, and your card will be punched. If we do not meet the minimum participants, the class will be cancelled. If the Community House cancels the class, your card will not be punched. You can bring a guest to try the class with you, but you must use your punch card to pay for their spot.
DAY OF CLASS: Stop by the front desk to check in with the staff before going to class.
