This is a tentative program. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
Hatha Yoga Class
Beginner, Intermediate, and Experienced students will explore an eclectic sequence of postures building core strength, flexibility, balance, and breath. Every student will find their own expression of each posture, building confidence and focus.
COVID-19 Safety Plan:
Students will space mats 6 feet apart in all directions
When socializing before or after class, it will be advised to wear masks
All students must supply their own props; blocks, mats, straps, blankets, etc.
Students will be asked to arrive 10 minutes early to set up their space and sign in
There are limited spots available and registrations will be dealt as a first come first served. All Online registrations guarantee a place in the class
