Camp Refund & Cancellation PolicyPlease note that all refunds—regardless of the date requested—will be charged a 8% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Important Drop Dates:

• April 10, 2026 (Before 8:00 AM): This is our first drop date. You may withdraw your child on or before this time for a full tuition refund (minus the 8% processing fee).

• April 10, 2026 (After 8:00 AM): Withdrawals after this time will result in a forfeit of 25% of your tuition payment.
  

• May 1, 2026 (After 8:00 AM): This is our second drop date. Withdrawals after this time will result in a forfeit of 50% of your tuition payment.
  

• June 8, 2026 (After 8:00 AM): This is our final drop date. Withdrawals after this time will result in a forfeit of 75% of your tuition payment.

Final Deadline:Once camp begins on Thursday, June 18 at 9:00 AM, we are unable to offer any further refunds or tuition credits.
