Valor Christian High School is excited to offer strength and conditioning camps for boys and girls in grades 7-8. These camps are for anyone interested in attending Valor Christian High School or any other high school. These camps will take place at Valor and are led by Current Valor Christian High School Performance coaches. Your son or daughter will work with our coaches to develop foundational aspects of strength and conditioning. These aspects include weight room safety, proper lifting technique, fundamental movement patterns, flexibility, jumping and landing mechanics, speed, power and increased overall athletic performance. As an added bonus this year we will give each athlete a (FMS) Functional Movement Score, a Loden Jump Series Test Score and a Flying 20yd Time. Each camp session will consist of 5 or 6 weeks, 10 or 12 sessions total (2 per week). All sessions will all be held at the Valor Christian High School Stadium weight room each Monday and Wednesday night from 6:15PM to 7:40PM. Athletes are welcomed to sign up for one or multiple camps in order to obtain the most beneficial experience that they can!
