Receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits while being supported by a chair, either seated or standing. (Class always starts seated.) Yoga relaxes and stretches your body and elevates your overall well being. This class is perfect for beginners, as well as those returning from an injury or illness. Modifications are always given. Please bring a mat if you have one.
