In Barre Stretch, we are intensely focused on improving core and total body strength using mostly isometric exercises and small range of motion movements that work to challenge specific muscle groupings. We strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt from head to toe, while concentrating on flexibility.
Due to uncertainty, programs listed may be canceled, suspended, postponed, altered or limited in response to the COVID-19 crisis. If you are registered for a program that is cancelled you will automatically receive a program credit on your account unless a refund is requested within 5 business days of being notified of cancellation.
