While working on balance and flexibility, we will concentrate on strengthening your entire body! Glutes, legs and core will be greatly challenged with very small movements. The upper body gets a wonderful workout too, with light weight work and some other bodyweight exercises. This is the perfect workout to round out your routine! No Class the week of 3/4 - 3/12.
