Tired of being cooped up? Want to get out and enjoy some fresh air recreation with your close friends or family? This pandemic-friendly class is the perfect remedy for all of your quarantine woes. Your group of 3-4 people will sail together in your own 14” boat and maintain social distance from other small groups. Masks will be worn onshore for the protection of our staff while they help rig boats and teach the fundamentals of sailing. Masks will not have to be worn on the water as you will only be sailing with your predesignated group. Our equipment is disinfected after each use and this outdoor water-based sport offers a fairly low-risk option for any group looking to explore sailing as their next outdoor recreational adventure. Beginners welcome. No experience necessary! A NOTE ABOUT THE REGISTRATION PROCESS: 1 person needs to initially register for the class and list the rest of the group who intends to join them. The rest of the group will then sign up for the waitlist and will be activated from there to ensure that groups are paired appropriately. The cost is $275 per person and based on the size of the boat groups of 3 or 4, ages 13+ and including at least 1 adult PER child, are eligible.
