An ancient Chinese martial art employed as a gentle form of exercise involving every part of the body; improving circulation, balance and strength, and relaxing the mind. Tai Chi is an ideal form of exercise for seniors. New and continuing students are welcome. Registration is available online. *$3 for caregiver insurance if applicable.
