Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, December 31, 2022.
Students will learn the foundations of yoga and mindfulness, while suspended in the air. Building strength and confidence is out goal! It's a great addition to students who play sports, dance or do gymnastics. Bring a yoga mat and water.
