ZUMBA GOLD WITH ANN MOSES
Zumba Gold is perfect for active adults looking for a lower impact workout! The design of the class introduces easy to follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Come ready to sweat and dance to beats from around the world! Prepare to leave feeling strong!
Mondays & Wednesdays 1/9 - 3/6 from 11:00 - 12:00 PM (No class on 1/16)
Tuition $70 (Age 62 and over $65)

The Communicable Disease including COVID-19 Waiver MUST be completed and returned before class begins. You can download it on this page or click the link on your emailed receipt. Once completed and signed, this form can be emailed to ingramj@gladstone.k12.or.us, mailed or dropped off to us at the District Office (17789 Webster Rd, Gladstone) You will not be able to attend class if we do not receive this BEFORE class begins.
