LynnFit is a one hour Cardio, Muscle Toning, and Stretch class. Each class combines elements of fun Cardio Dance, Kickboxing, Calisthenics, Pilates, and Yoga. 3 classes offered each week.
**In person classes are held indoors and masks are required at all times regardless of vacci nation status.***
