Tai Chi facilitates relaxation and helps align and tone the body while improving breathing, balance, body awareness and mental focus. The basics of Yang-Style Tai Chi (the most popular style world-wide) are easy to learn and well known to improve overall health and well-being in people of all ages.
Drop-ins are available for $8 if minimum numbers are reached. Space is limited.
Please wear comfortable clothing to move in.
