Dr. Robert Powers has been teaching BULLI courses since the 1990s. Presently, he serves as Rector of St Francis of Assisi Anglican Catholic Church in Gainesville, is a chaplain in the Civil Air Patrol (United States Air Force Auxiliary), and plays bass in a jazz band.
