Have fun and stay fit through a variety of dance styles that will make you smile and forget that you are working out. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned dance fitness fan this class is for you! Light weight work (1 to 3 lbs) may be included in a few songs incorporating the toning element of fitness. You do not have to know how to dance to take this class.
