Students will continue the practice of accessing and isolating muscles around the hips and torso to create both soft, fluid movements, and stunning sharp hits and locks. This class is designed for those who have completed the Beginner Belly Dancing series class, or those have previous belly dance experience. This course includes both technique and choreography chunks, to give you a technical grounding that can be transferred to any belly dance style. Wear comfortable clothes to class. Class does not meet on 10/19, 11/23.
