YIN YOGA If you sit all day for work, have a repetitive job, an over active mind of just need to relax and sleep better, this practice is for you! Yin Yoga is meditative based practice of yoga, which helps us quiet our mind while opening our body. It is a sequence of floor postures that flow together to address and release deep fascial restrictions. Each gentle posture is held for 3-5 minutes and helps to calm and soothe the nervous system. No yoga experience necessary and equipment is minimal. Yoga mat, block, pillow, strap/belt, and open mind.
