This 45-minute DVD progressive resistance training workout is essential for fall prevention and will also improve range of motion, balance, strength and endurance. Requires a set of 2 pound (or heavier) dumbbells and a stretch band. No aerobics and no floorwork. Meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-11am.
